PKR96 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Pakistani Players

1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pkr96. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the pkr96 platform, website, mobile site, and any application operated under the pkr96 brand at pkr96.ws. By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pkr96 in any way. These Terms are available in English and represent the complete agreement between you and pkr96 regarding your use of the platform. Pakistani players are reminded that it is their responsibility to check local laws before accessing online gaming services.

pkr96 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email and via an in-platform notice. Continued use of pkr96 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register on pkr96 and to use any of its gaming, betting, or related services. pkr96 does not knowingly allow underage players to register and takes active steps to verify player age as part of the account verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds held in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Details

When registering your pkr96 account, you are required to provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. All details must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Verification

pkr96 may request identity verification at any point during your account lifetime — particularly before processing a withdrawal above certain thresholds. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is complete.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one pkr96 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. pkr96 uses device, IP, payment method, and behavioural analysis to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all balances across those accounts may be voided and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

3Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your pkr96 account credentials — username and password — confidential at all times. pkr96 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pkr96 support immediately at support@pkr96.ws.

3.2 Account Currency

All pkr96 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, bonuses, and cashback are shown and settled in PKR. pkr96 does not support multi-currency accounts. There are no currency conversion fees because conversion is not applicable — your money stays in rupees throughout.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. pkr96 will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 to cover maintenance costs. Fees will not reduce the account balance below zero. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete a qualifying deposit.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your pkr96 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 3 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure. pkr96 also reserves the right to close accounts for breaches of these Terms.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

pkr96 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT), Visa and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your pkr96 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit on pkr96 is Rs 200.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests on pkr96 are processed as follows:

pkr96 charges no withdrawal fees on any method. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your pkr96 account details. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. pkr96 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000.

4.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual promotion on the pkr96 Promotions page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in bonus forfeiture. Real money funds in your account are always withdrawable and are never subject to wagering requirements.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New pkr96 players are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically — no promo code is required. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount on eligible games within 30 days of credit. Bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 in sports, or on qualifying casino games with a contribution rate of 100%, count toward the wagering requirement.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

pkr96 runs a range of regular promotions including weekly reload bonuses, cashback on live casino, the PSL match day 20% reload, and the Refer a Friend programme. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the pkr96 Promotions page and must be read before participating. General bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion is available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• pkr96 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notice provided where practically possible.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors — will be voided and the player's account may be suspended.
• Free spins winnings are added as bonus funds and subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that prevent qualifying deposits are not eligible for bonus promotions during the restriction period.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

pkr96 – Live Casino and sports betting in PKR

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on all pkr96 sports and live casino markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and player account status. Maximum stake information is displayed on each betting market before you place a wager. High-roller limits are available to verified VIP account holders on request.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games on pkr96 are operated by third-party game providers using professional dealers and certified equipment. pkr96 is not responsible for the actions of individual dealers beyond ensuring the game provider meets the certification standards we require. Any technical disconnection during a live casino hand is governed by the disconnection policy: bets placed before disconnection are valid and settled according to the game outcome.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports bets on pkr96 — including all PSL markets — are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds shown in the bet slip are the confirmed odds for your wager. pkr96 offers decimal odds format across all markets. Accumulator bets multiply the odds of each selection; all selections must win for the bet to return a payout.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play odds are updated in real time and may change rapidly. pkr96 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — for example, during a wicket falling in PSL or a critical match event. Bets are accepted only when the market is open. The system locks during active play events and re-opens after the outcome is confirmed. This is by design and is not a technical error.

7Bet Settlement

7.1 Settlement Timeframes

pkr96 settles bets as quickly as possible after official results are confirmed. Match winner and innings total markets for PSL are typically settled within 15 minutes of the final result. Player performance markets (top batsman, most wickets) are settled within 30 minutes of the official match scorecard being posted. Tournament outright bets are settled after the competition concludes.

7.2 Abandoned and Void Matches

If a PSL match or any other event is abandoned before a valid result is possible, pkr96 will void all unsettled match bets and return stakes in full to affected players' wallets. Markets already settled before the abandonment (e.g., toss winner, first over runs) remain settled as stated. In-play bets settled before the point of abandonment are not voided.

7.3 Obvious Errors

In the event of a manifest error — such as obviously incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault — pkr96 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We define a manifest error as odds that are clearly out of line with the market by a significant margin (typically greater than 20%) and that no reasonable person would expect to be genuine. pkr96 will notify affected players via email when this applies.

7.4 Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly on pkr96, contact support within 72 hours of settlement with the bet ID and your reason for the dispute. pkr96 will investigate and respond within 5 business days. All settlement decisions made after investigation are final and binding.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pkr96 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Fraud: Attempting to deceive pkr96 through false information, identity fraud, or manipulation of games or betting markets.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using coordinated wagering patterns to drain bonus value, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotion terms.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Arbitrage Betting: Using pkr96 odds systematically as part of a cross-platform arbitrage strategy to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals after deposits have been credited and used on pkr96. Any chargeback will trigger an immediate account investigation and suspension.
• Technical Exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tool to interact with pkr96 outside of normal gameplay.
• Money Laundering: Depositing or withdrawing funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity. pkr96 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

9Responsible Gaming

pkr96 is committed to responsible gaming and provides every registered player with access to a full suite of self-management tools directly in their account settings. These include:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict how much you can lose within a set time period.

• Self-Exclusion: Pause or permanently block access to your pkr96 account. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the pkr96 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkr96 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of pkr96 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

11Privacy & Data

pkr96 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pkr96.ws/privacy-policy. By registering on pkr96, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12Limitation of Liability

pkr96 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is accessible 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses resulting from technical downtime, payment processor delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.

pkr96's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the net deposits you have made in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of pkr96, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13Amendments to These Terms

pkr96 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of pkr96 after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkr96's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings will be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
